Privacy Policy
This page exists because an RFQ here is shared with machine shops. It says exactly what we collect, who receives it and how long we keep it.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. On the RFQ form that is your name, work email, company, country, an optional phone number, the part description, part family, material, quantity, tolerance, surface finish, cleanliness requirement, deadline, preferred supplier region and any files you attach. On the supplier form it is your company details, machine list, materials, finishing, certifications and contact details.
We do not buy contact data, and we do not ask for anything we do not need to match a part with a shop.
Why we collect it
To decide whether we can match your RFQ, to describe the part to machine shops without identifying you, and to reply to you. For a supplier registration, to decide which RFQ previews to send you.
Who sees it
Machine shops first see a preview of the RFQ: part family, material, size envelope, quantity, tolerance, finish, cleanliness, region and deadline. The preview carries no name, no company and no files.
Your contact details and your files go only to the shops we match with your part, up to 3 of them, and only after you tick the consent box on the form. If you do not tick it, the RFQ is not shared and we cannot match it.
Forms on this site are delivered by FormSubmit, which passes the submission to our inbox. Analytics is Google Analytics 4 loaded through Google Tag Manager. We run no advertising pixels and no retargeting.
NDA
Tick the NDA box on the RFQ form and your files stay with us. We will not pass a drawing to any shop until an NDA is in place between you and that shop, or between you and us if you prefer to start there. Until then shops see the preview only.
How long we keep it
RFQ files and form submissions are kept for 12 months, so that a repeat order can be matched against the original request. After that they are deleted. Supplier registrations are kept while your shop is registered.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, including before the 12 months are up. Email and name the part or the company on the request. Once a file has been passed to a shop under your consent, we can delete our copy but the shop holds its own, so ask them directly as well.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, sets its own cookies to count visits and to record which page an RFQ came from. Blocking them does not stop the forms from working.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Write to . We reply within 24 business hours.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects who receives your RFQ will be described here in plain words, not folded into a longer document.
